Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the FXi website, application, market briefings, alerts, reports, communications and subscription services together referred to as the “Service”.

The Service is operated by FX Insights Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17280508, trading as FXi.

Our registered office is:

66 Paul Street London England EC2A 4NA

You can contact us at:

Email: support@forexinsights.co.uk Website: www.forexinsights.co.uk

In these Terms, “FXi”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the company identified above. “You” and “your” mean the person accessing or using the Service.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using FXi.

2. Important Trading and Investment Risk Warning

Trading foreign exchange, shares, indices, commodities, spread bets, contracts for difference and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you commit to trading. With leveraged products, losses may occur rapidly.

Past performance, historical market behaviour, modelled results, hypothetical examples and previous FXi briefings are not reliable indicators of future performance.

Nothing provided through FXi guarantees that:

  • a trading opportunity will be profitable;
  • a stated entry, target or stop level will be reached;
  • market conditions will develop as anticipated;
  • information will be received before a market movement occurs; or
  • losses will be avoided or limited.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You are responsible for understanding the products you trade, the risks involved and whether trading is appropriate for your circumstances.

3. Information Only — No Financial Advice

FXi provides general market information, research, commentary, educational material and decision-support tools.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, the Service does not provide:

  • personalised investment advice;
  • personal recommendations;
  • financial planning;
  • portfolio management;
  • discretionary trading services;
  • brokerage services;
  • tax, accounting or legal advice; or
  • an assessment of whether a particular trade or financial product is suitable for you.

FXi does not take account of your financial position, trading experience, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax position or personal circumstances.

References to potential entries, exits, stop levels, targets, directional bias, market scenarios, conviction or trade plans are general market analysis. They are not instructions requiring you to place a trade and should not be treated as a personal recommendation.

You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. Regulatory Status

FXi is a market information and technology service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FXi is not acting as your broker, investment manager, investment adviser or financial intermediary.

FX Insights Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Service must not be understood as providing regulated investment advice or arranging transactions in investments.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any trading activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Nature of the Service

FXi may provide features including:

  • market briefings;
  • market direction or bias assessments;
  • potential entry, stop and target levels;
  • economic-event information;
  • technical and fundamental analysis;
  • market alerts and notifications;
  • charts, indicators and price data;
  • AI-generated or algorithmically generated commentary;
  • educational information; and
  • tools designed to help users interpret market conditions.

The precise content and functionality of the Service may change over time.

FXi is not a trading platform. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, FXi does not place trades, connect to your brokerage account, hold client money, custody assets or control your trading decisions.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis

Some parts of the Service may be produced or assisted by artificial intelligence, algorithms, automated systems or third-party data services.

Automated content may:

  • contain factual, mathematical or interpretative errors;
  • rely on incomplete, delayed or inaccurate data;
  • misidentify market conditions;
  • generate inconsistent conclusions;
  • omit relevant information; or
  • become outdated quickly.

You must independently review all information before relying on it or making a trading decision. You must not assume that content has been reviewed by a human unless we expressly state that it has.

7. Market Data and Availability

Financial markets may move rapidly. Prices, charts, economic information and other data displayed through FXi may be delayed, incomplete or different from the prices available through your broker.

Quoted prices are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. They may not reflect:

  • your broker’s dealing price;
  • the applicable spread;
  • slippage;
  • financing charges;
  • commissions;
  • execution delays;
  • market gaps;
  • currency conversion costs; or
  • the price at which your order can actually be executed.

You must verify relevant prices, market conditions and order details directly with your broker before entering or closing a trade.

We do not warrant that any briefing, notification or alert will be issued or delivered by a particular time.

8. Your Trading Decisions

All trading decisions are made solely by you.

You are responsible for:

  • deciding whether to place, amend or close a trade;
  • selecting your broker and trading product;
  • checking order sizes, leverage, margin and risk;
  • setting and maintaining stop-loss orders;
  • monitoring open positions;
  • understanding your broker’s terms;
  • checking the accuracy and timeliness of FXi information; and
  • complying with applicable laws and tax obligations.

You should not rely on FXi as the sole basis for a trading decision.

We are not responsible for orders that are entered incorrectly, not executed, executed late, executed at a different price or affected by broker, market, connectivity or platform issues.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

By using FXi, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate;
  • you are permitted to use the Service in your location;
  • you will use the Service only for lawful purposes; and
  • you understand that trading involves a risk of loss.

We may refuse registration or suspend access where we reasonably believe that these requirements have not been met.

10. Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account to access some or all of the Service.

You must:

  • provide accurate and current account information;
  • keep your password and authentication information secure;
  • not share your account with another person;
  • notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access; and
  • remain responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.

Subscriptions are personal to the registered user unless we have agreed to a business or multi-user licence in writing.

We may require you to reset your password or take other security measures.

11. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain parts of the Service require a paid subscription.

The subscription price, billing interval and features included will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is cancelled.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • monthly subscriptions renew monthly;
  • annual subscriptions renew annually;
  • prices include VAT where VAT is applicable and we are required to charge it;
  • charges are payable in advance; and
  • access may be suspended where payment cannot be collected.

You must provide valid and current payment information.

We do not normally receive or store your complete card details. Payments may be processed by an independent payment-services provider under its own terms and privacy notice.

12. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials, discounts or promotional subscriptions.

The conditions, duration and price applying after a trial or promotional period will be displayed when you subscribe.

Unless the offer states otherwise, a trial may automatically convert to a paid recurring subscription when the trial ends. You must cancel before the stated conversion date to avoid being charged.

Promotional offers:

  • may be limited to new customers;
  • may not be combined;
  • may be withdrawn before acceptance; and
  • may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.

13. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription through:

Account → Manage Subscription (this opens the secure billing portal where you can cancel your subscription)

or by contacting:

support@forexinsights.co.uk

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily end access immediately. Unless otherwise stated, you may continue to use the paid Service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

Deleting the application or ceasing to use FXi does not automatically cancel your subscription.

We will provide confirmation when your cancellation has been processed.

14. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Where you purchase the Service as a consumer at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Where you ask us to begin providing a service during the cancellation period and subsequently cancel, we may be entitled to charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation.

Where the purchase relates to digital content that is supplied immediately, you may be asked to:

  • expressly consent to the digital content being supplied during the cancellation period; and
  • acknowledge that you may lose your statutory cancellation right once supply of the digital content begins.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.

To exercise a statutory cancellation right, contact us using the details in section 1 and clearly state that you wish to cancel.

15. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated as part of an offer:

  • subscription charges are non-refundable once the relevant billing period has begun;
  • we do not provide refunds because a user did not use the Service;
  • we do not provide refunds because a briefing or analysis did not produce a profitable trading outcome; and
  • cancelling a subscription does not ordinarily generate a refund for the unused part of a billing period.

We may provide a refund or account credit at our discretion. Doing so on one occasion does not require us to do so again.

Where the Service is faulty, not provided with reasonable care and skill or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law, you may have additional statutory remedies.

16. Changes to Prices and Subscriptions

We may change our subscription prices, subscription structure or included features.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of a price increase affecting an existing recurring subscription. Unless the notice states otherwise, the new price will apply from the next renewal following the effective date of the change.

You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

We may introduce, remove or change subscription tiers, provided that we do not remove paid access already purchased without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.

17. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use the Service for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • share, resell, republish or commercially exploit FXi content without permission;
  • share account credentials or allow unauthorised users to access the Service;
  • copy or systematically extract market briefings or data;
  • use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest the Service;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the Service;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • circumvent access controls, subscription limits or technical restrictions;
  • falsely imply that you are associated with or endorsed by FXi;
  • remove copyright, trade mark or ownership notices; or
  • use FXi content to train an artificial-intelligence model without our written permission.

Reasonable personal use of FXi information to support your own trading decisions is permitted.

18. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to FXi and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable:

  • the FXi name and branding;
  • logos and visual designs;
  • website and application software;
  • market briefings;
  • written analysis;
  • methodologies and presentation formats;
  • databases;
  • graphics, charts and illustrations;
  • algorithms and scoring systems; and
  • other original content.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.

No intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, license, sell, create derivative works from or commercially exploit FXi content without our prior written permission.

19. User Content and Feedback

Where you submit feedback, suggestions, comments or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use feedback and suggestions for the purpose of operating, securing and improving the Service.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain information, content, software or links supplied by third parties, including:

  • market-data providers;
  • economic-calendar providers;
  • payment processors;
  • email or messaging platforms;
  • analytics providers;
  • hosting providers;
  • charting services; and
  • brokers or trading platforms.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content or terms.

A reference or link to a third party does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that third party.

21. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Access may be affected by:

  • maintenance;
  • software faults;
  • data-provider failures;
  • internet or telecommunications outages;
  • cyber incidents;
  • unusually volatile markets;
  • third-party platform failures;
  • events outside our reasonable control; or
  • changes required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary.

Because FXi is a time-sensitive market-information service, you must maintain alternative arrangements for obtaining market information and managing open positions.

22. Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, replace, restrict or discontinue features of the Service.

We will provide reasonable notice where a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid subscription, unless an immediate change is necessary for legal, regulatory, security or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee that any particular market, currency pair, asset, briefing format, delivery channel or feature will remain available permanently.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where:

  • you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms;
  • payment remains overdue;
  • you misuse the Service;
  • your activity presents a security or legal risk;
  • we are required to do so by law; or
  • continuing to provide the Service is no longer reasonably practicable.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the breach.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use does not cancel a paid subscription unless you follow the cancellation process in section 13.

On termination:

  • your right to use the Service ends;
  • outstanding payment obligations remain due; and
  • provisions intended to continue after termination remain effective, including those relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law.

24. Our Responsibility to Consumers

We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
  • breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • trading or investment decisions made by you;
  • market movements;
  • the use of leverage;
  • information provided by third parties;
  • inaccurate, incomplete or delayed market data;
  • your broker’s prices, systems or execution;
  • your failure to apply appropriate risk controls;
  • your use of the Service contrary to these Terms; or
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

25. Business Users

This section applies where you use the Service wholly or mainly for business purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to a business user for:

  • loss of profit;
  • loss of revenue;
  • loss of anticipated savings;
  • loss of business;
  • loss of opportunity;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • loss or corruption of data; or
  • indirect or consequential loss.

Subject to liabilities that cannot legally be limited, our total aggregate liability to a business user arising from or in connection with the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  • the subscription fees paid by that user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • £100.

26. Consumer Liability

Where you use FXi as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

The Service is supplied for personal and private use. If you use it for a commercial or business purpose, the business-user limitations in section 25 may apply.

We are not responsible for losses arising merely because market analysis, a forecast or a potential trading scenario proved to be incorrect.

27. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice:

www.forexinsights.co.uk/privacy

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Notice:

www.forexinsights.co.uk/cookies

You should read those notices before using the Service.

28. Communications

We may contact you by email, application notification, SMS, messaging service or through your account where necessary to:

  • provide the Service;
  • send market briefings or alerts you have requested;
  • administer your subscription;
  • provide security notifications;
  • inform you of material changes; or
  • respond to support requests.

Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications, but you may still receive essential account and service messages.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and configuring your devices so that communications can be received.

We do not guarantee the immediate or successful delivery of any market alert or notification.

29. Complaints

Please contact us first if you have a complaint:

Email: support@forexinsights.co.uk Postal address: FX Insights Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA

Please include:

  • your name;
  • your account email;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • the outcome you are seeking.

We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable period.

30. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • internet or telecommunications failure;
  • power failure;
  • failure of a market-data provider;
  • cyberattack;
  • governmental or regulatory action;
  • industrial dispute;
  • natural disaster;
  • war, terrorism or civil disorder;
  • market closure or disruption; or
  • failure of a third-party platform.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effects of such an event where practicable.

31. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

  • the Service;
  • applicable law or regulation;
  • our business model;
  • subscription arrangements;
  • security requirements; or
  • third-party services.

The latest version will be published through the Service with its effective date.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where the law requires further consent.

32. Transfer of Rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example as part of a corporate reorganisation, sale or transfer of the Service.

We will ensure that a transfer does not reduce your statutory rights and will notify you where required.

You may not transfer your rights or subscription to another person without our written consent.

33. Severability

If a court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The affected provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

34. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.

Each right and remedy is cumulative and may be exercised independently.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice and any subscription conditions displayed when you purchase the Service, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of FXi.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

36. Third-Party Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and FXi has the right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

37. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence where the law permits.

Business users agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms.
