8. Cookies currently used by FXi

FXi uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies.

These cookies enable secure login, protect against security threats, and support subscription checkout. The main cookies are:

Exact cookie names may vary depending on your browser and whether the connection is secured (cookies on our secure site are prefixed with __Secure- or __Host-). Stripe's cookies are set on Stripe's own domain during checkout and are governed by Stripe's policies, not FXi's.

We do not use analytics, error-monitoring, functional-preference, or marketing/advertising cookies at this time. If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

9. Potential FXi service providers

Depending on the final technical configuration, FXi may use cookies or similar technologies supplied by providers such as:

• Auth.js with Google OAuth for secure login and account management;
• Stripe for subscription checkout, fraud prevention and payment processing;
• Vercel for website and application delivery (hosting);
• Neon for database and account infrastructure, with supporting infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean; and
• SendGrid for email delivery.

FXi does not currently use analytics, error-monitoring, advertising, or social-media cookies or tracking technologies on its website or application.

A provider should not be listed merely because FXi has an account with it. It should be included where its technology is actually active on the FXi website or application.

FXi may include content embedded from third-party services, such as:

• payment forms;
• scheduling tools; or
• customer-support widgets.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
